By submitting a booking request, you are asking us to arrange a service, and we need your contact details to do so.

EmailJS and data transfers: EmailJS operates globally and may process data in the United States. Their Data Processing Agreement covers cross-border transfers in compliance with UK GDPR requirements.

Both services are engaged solely as data processors acting on our behalf and under our instructions for the purpose of delivering your booking request to us. Neither service will use your data for their own purposes.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

Cloudflare Turnstile (our security/anti-spam tool) is designed to operate without setting cookies. It uses browser signals to verify human users without storing any persistent identifiers on your device.

Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not require a cookie consent banner.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking enquiry details are retained in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to arrange and complete your appointment, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any follow-up queries. We do not maintain a separate database of customer records beyond our email correspondence.

If you would like your data deleted, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
